Missing a part of the Sunday Worship- gifting of our tithes and offerings? Just like worshiping on line, you can easily give on line too!
Background: We, along with the headquarters ELCA church organization, use the services of VANCO. This provides secure digital opportunities to make donations to Messiah, in a safe and secure manner. Donations can be made via our website access or by downloading the GIVE + app to your phone. Both are easy to use.
Via WEBSITE: From our website, go to the Donation Menu Tab, you will find a direct link to VANCO portal- when you’re in the portal, you are now on the VANCO platform/website. If you are a first time user, you will need to click on “sign up” that can be found in the upper right corner of the dialog box. It requires simple information, name, email, and you will need create a password. After you sign up, you will have the option to donate via credit card, pay pal or by direct deposit ACHII as a one time or recurring payment. After you donate, VANCO then sends an accounting of the payment to our church bookkeeper.
Via the GIVE plus+ App: You will need to go to the APP store on your phone and query “Give Plus” and it will return the option of Give Plus church. That’s it! Download the App and follow the sign up directions– again, you will need to create a password or (use the one from the website sign-up) . Your church – Messiah Lutheran Church, may need to be entered, if you’re not close to church when you download ( otherwise it will populate our church automatically.) FYI, if you’re visiting other places and want to make a donation at another church, you can do so, if they are using VANCO app too.
